other type of engagement with the work or events of the Trust.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
because you have been an entrant or judge in our annual competitions; because you have collaborated in producing or promoting our work and events; because you have made a donation or shown support for the work of the Trust.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
Our Directors have many contacts in the creative industries and may approach such contacts on behalf of the Trust where they believe there is legitimate expectation that the recipient will not object to such contact.
We may also gather contact details of people we consider may have an interest in the Trust’s work from publicly available sources such as websites or professional directories.
We use the information that you have given us in order to:
Promote the work of the Trust
Encourage participation in our annual competition and other programmes and events
Solicit donations to enable the continuation of the Trust and its work.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep names, email addresses and financial records for 7 years. We will then dispose of your information by removing it permanently from all files, databases, spreadsheets and other forms of
digital storage.
